Scandinavian Somali Scene

This reading is a part of CPH STAGE

Experience newly written stories about the Somali mythical queen Araweelo, about being a lone child-refugee and much more, written and performed by young upcoming Somali-Scandinavian talents.

The texts have been developed during workshops in Copenhagen, Malmö and Oslo in cooperation with Danish, Swedish and Norwegian stage-artists. Collaborators are Kulturforeningen Hidde Iyo Dhaqan, Malmö Stadsteater, Malmö Opera, Den Mangfaldige Scenen and Det Norske Teatret.
